Before the call, you send a rough breakdown of a normal week — the recurring tasks, not the exceptions. I read it beforehand so the 90 minutes goes to decisions, not discovery.
We map the audit call to a scope baseline
On the call, we separate what’s actually worth automating from what only feels like it is. Project managers call this a scope baseline — deciding what’s in, what’s out, and what’s assumed, before any build work starts. It’s the same discipline that stops a client project from expanding mid-delivery, applied to your own workflow instead.
You get the written design and prompt pack within 5 business days
A step-by-step workflow document plus prompts written for your actual outputs — not a generic template with your name swapped in. You could hand the document to someone else and they’d be able to run the workflow from it.
30 days of async follow-up while you implement
The design is built to run without me — but the first two weeks of running anything new surface questions a document can’t anticipate. You email, I answer, no second invoice.
