Why this site exists
In early 2023, I started integrating AI into live project work – not as a side experiment, but into the actual deliverables: status reports, stakeholder decks, risk registers, client proposals. Within four months I had recovered around 11 hours of recurring weekly admin without adding headcount or changing my tech stack.
The workflows that worked had nothing to do with the tool itself. They were about structure: when to input context, how to review output, where to insert human judgment. That distinction doesn’t appear in most AI content, because most AI content is written by people who haven’t run a project under a deadline with a client waiting.
Brainchild360 is the documentation of that practice. Every workflow published here was tested in real work before it appeared on this page.
Background
I hold a PMP certification from PMI – the globally recognised project management credential. Over 10 years managing projects across MENA, I’ve led work in construction, tech, and professional services, typically as the person who has to translate technical scope into boardroom language and then track it across stakeholders who speak in different priorities.
Dubai is a city that runs on project delivery. That context shapes how I think about AI: not as a productivity toy, but as a systems problem. When to automate, when to keep human judgement, how to verify output before it reaches a client.

Two tools with no affiliate program (Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus) appear prominently on this site because they’re the tools I use most. The PMP credential and 10+ years of project work are the lens through which I evaluate what “actually works” – not marketing claims, not press releases.
